A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. And a marriage is only as healthy as the individuals that comprise it. It’s no wonder why divorce is rampant and the traditional family has been ravaged when people all around are relatively dysfunctional and lack vision for their lives.
Proverbs 29:18 tells us, “Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint.” When people do not understand who they are and for what purpose they were designed – when they have no revelation of why God created them – then they live life in a wanton, random fashion.
Our vision is to equip men and women to become the people God intended for them to be. If we can build up the individuals, then we can strengthen their involvements and relationships, particularly when it comes to marriages.
This process begins by gaining a better understanding of your identity, value and purpose. If you can comprehend why God created you and what He thinks of you, then you have a foundation for living out the destiny you were designed for.
